Start with the chili cheese donut, and for your entree get the brisket; it's so tender it falls apart when you poke it with your fork. Tri-tip is also really good too.
Fried Mac n cheese is to die for, and the baked beans are delicious! Also, the banana brûlée is incredible!

The blue burger was a hot mess. I added an egg but the pork belly was a bit much and I felt I didn't taste enough bleu cheese.
