The bar up front reportedly stocks every mezcal available in Washington state. Your best bet is to drink this spirit straight, but there are plenty of mixed drinks on offer as well.

Enchiladas de suizas and enchiladas de puya is the best
I always order the queso fundido con chorizo (instead of chips and guac). It is gloriously delicious.
Order the ridiculously-good guacamole. Don't worry- "market price" is about the same price as the other appetizers (~$8 when I visited).
Whiskey menu was awesome. If you reserve it in advance, they have half pig heads. Certainly a unique experience...
Their barrel-aged cocktails are really well done, and the cornflake crusted chicken livers...wow. Pork cheek stew is another fave, and the fried pork shank. And...and...and...ya, I love this place.
Bourbon margarita, beef brisket, tater tots w/egg and gravy, watermelon tomato salad, all excellent! Skip the McMillan Manhattan.
Decent bar near the UW. Good place to relax with a group of people and get a beer and some snacks.

The best Irish 🍀 food I've had in the states. The perfect place to come in from the cold and enjoy 😊 some comfort food.
