Friday lunch special: burger with bacon, pepperjack, onion rings, and BBQ sauce. I've never had to physically smash down a burger to get it to fit in my mouth before...and it was awesome!
The New Mexican is not for the faint of heart (loads of jalapeños) but the queso was delicious. The Pendleton was savory and sweet with bacon, an onion ring and smothered in BBQ sauce.
Call it Matthew's Burger- grass fed beef, gruyère, candied bacon, garlic tomato, peppercorn sauce, brioche bun. It's the best burger you'll ever eat.
