The truffled egg salad sandwich is INCREDIBLE. Probably the best sandwich I've ever had!
Must tries: truffled egg salad sandwich on a pretzel bun, the posole, and the cabbage slaw (light and tangy).
I recommend the truffled egg salad on pretzel roll. The roll was chewy and tender and the egg salad was delish! Their posole soup was also comforting.
The 3 pig truffle mac n' cheese is pretty much amazing. The market downstairs is great too! Everyone was super helpful and nice.

Must try the snapper Sheridan! Awesome flavor. Mac n cheese has a truffle oil that you can't leave without trying. Dessert was also flurry good. The soufflé is massive and has to be done.

Not impressed. The fried chicken breeding was soft and soggy. The greens weren't seasoned very well. And the truffle Mac and cheese were very over powered. I was looking for "home cooking". Not here.
